Antonio “Tony” Ozuna, 68, of Caldwell, ID, was called home on Monday, April 25, 2016. He was born on March 13, 1948 To Ernesto and Manuela Ozuna. On January 13, 1968 he married the love of his life, Beatrez Gonzales and from this union, came three daughters. Tony began employment with the JR Simplot Company in 1971, retiring from there in 1996. After retirement he worked for at the Canyon County Court House and for the City of Caldwell. He enjoyed being involved in the community and was a volunteer for the Youth Accountability Board. Family was important to Tony. He enjoyed fishing with his brothers, morning walks with his wife and morning coffee with his mom and siblings. He loved watching his grandchildren in their sports activities. Tony was very devoted to reading his scriptures from the Bible as well. Antonio is survived by his wife of 48 years, Beatrez Ozuna; his mother, Manuela Ozuna; daughters, Evangelina (Noe) Ybarra, Angelita Madrigal and Margarita McNight; 7 grandchildren, Marcos (Betty) Madrigal, Fabian Ybarra, Alejandro Madrigal, Clarisa Ybarra, Felicia Ozuna, Cassandra Madrigal and Lucas Madrigal; 1 great-grandson, Marcos Madrigal; his siblings; Daniel (Bridget) Ozuna, Ernesto (Rosa) Ozuna, Emma Valdez, Ernestina (Victor) Jimenez, Joe (Norma) Ozuna, Estella (Romero) Zamora, Richard Ozuna, Rosalinda (Willie) Almaraz, Danny (Carol) Ozuna, Mary (Mitch) Crowe and Melinda (Ismael) Longoria and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Ernesto Ozuna I; brothers, Ernesto Ozuna II and Tomas Ozuna and sister, Eva Gonzales. Dad, we love you so much. Visitation for Tony will be held on Thursday, April 28, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, with Rosary Recital at 7:00 PM, at Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, April 29, 2016 at 10:30 AM at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church, Caldwell. Interment will follow at Canyon Hill Cemetery, Caldwell.
