Geneva Tamayo Moreno, 67, of Woodburn, died Decmeber 14, 2013 She was born October 16, 1946 to Federico and Esther (Ramos) Tamayo in Edinburg, Texas. Survivors include her husband, Frank; children, Dorina, Ricardo Jr., Ruben, Daniel, Ismael and Orlando; eight grandchildre; and eight siblings. Her parents, a brother and a sister preceded her in death. A Memorial service was held for Geneva Thursday, December 19, 2013 at Canby Funeral Chapel at 2:00 PM. Celebrant was Fr.
