Nancy "Nisha" Dillon
May 10th, 1951 - January 22nd, 2023
Nisha (Nancy) Jean Dillon was born May 10, 1951, to Edgar and Lois (Bacon) Hollaway in Reno, NV. She passed away January 22, 2023 in Nampa, ID. Nisha is survived by her husband Bill, two brothers, Ed (Nancy) Hollaway of New Plymouth ID and Cliph (Linda) Hollaway of Azuza CA; a sister Lynda Ford of Filer ID. Two aunts Roxy (Jack) Banks of Homer AK and Pat (Jack ) Bodas of New Plymouth ID. Nisha was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Debbie. Nisha, Debbie and Cliph were a band of desperados according to their mother Lois. Nisha met her husband Bill in an Albertson’s store in Caldwell ID where she worked as checker. After a few false starts, Bill asked her out and she answered “Yes” much to Bill’s surprise. They married in the same courthouse where Bill worked on March 14, 1980. Nisha had many interests. She enjoyed reading. She was a fan of rock music and concerts, especially Bob Dylan. She attended one of his concerts on June 28, 2022. Her family enjoyed the outdoors, camping and fishing. Bill taught her how to flyfish for trout. A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 3rd at 1:00 p.m. at Flahiff Funeral Chapel in Caldwell, ID.
