Cesar A. Quijada

Cesar A. Quijada (1957–2024) Cesar was born in Agua Prieta, Sonora, Mexico on August 3, 1957 to Jose Manuel Quijada and Celia Lamadrid Quijada. He passed away on April 3, 2024 at the age of 66. Cesar is preceded in death by his parents and is survived by wife Maria Cossetti Frisby Quijada of 39 years and children Corissa (Jorge), Cossetti, Cesar Jr., and Carlos. He is survived also by his siblings Ana Celia, José Manuel (Angelica), Jorge, Marco Antonio (Enriqueta) and Marissa. In addition he is also survived by his grandchildren Ansel and Adelise, along with several nieces, nephews and cousins. Cesar moved to Tucson, Arizona in 1979 to start his career in electronics working for Burr-Brown/Texas Instruments for 26 years and moving to Raytheon until retirement in February of 2023. Cesar enjoyed playing many sports, especially basketball and softball with his beloved Tucson Cowboys. He made many friends throughout the years due to his sports. He will be remembered as a very hard working person who was always willing to help others whether it was helping someone move, fixing a leaky faucet or cleaning a front yard. His generosity knew no bounds and his selflessness left a permanent mark in our lives. His sense of humor and his positivity will not be forgotten. His memory will live on in the hearts of all those who loved him. His family would like to express gratitude to family and friends for their caring love and support.
