Rosa “Billie” Sotelo, Entered into Life on November 6, 1956, and Entered into Eternal Rest on November 9, 2021. Rosa was a beloved grandmother, great grandmother, mother, and wife during her incredible 65 years of life. She was survived by her husband, Luis Sotelo Sr., two children, Luis and Mary Sotelo, 5 grandchildren, Dominic, Savanah, Adrian, Lala and Keiano, 2 great grandchildren, Koa and Beaux Sotelo, and many nieces and nephews. Rosa dedicated 19 years employment with Saratoga Apartments which was her second home and considered many co-workers as her family. Rosa was always the life of the party on any occasion and always knew how to have a good time. She will be remembered for her beautiful smile, laugh and infamous dancing. She was a kid at heart, “21 forever”, as she would say. Friends called her the “Dancing Queen” and many family members called her “Queen Bee”. Rosa will be missed and loved by many. In honor of Rosa, we will be having a Celebration of Life on November 20, 2021, 2pm-5pm at Legacy Funeral Home located on 1347 N. Arizona Ave., Chandler, AZ 85225, with a Reception to follow at Rosa Sotelo’s Residence.
