Theodore G. "Chip" Cameron was born on June 25, 1944 in Detroit, Michigan to Ted and Hope Cameron. He died on February 16, 2019 of Vascular Disease. Chip was 74 years old. In Arizona, "Chip" was known as "Ted." Chip's family moved to Fresno, California in the 1950's and he graduated from Fresno High School in 1962. He was a proud member of the band and attended every reunion. After high school, he served in the Navy on the USS Buchanan DDG-14 during Vietnam. Chip worked in sales in the water and wastewater industry for 40 years and had his own company, the Cameron Group in Arizona. He retired in Sun City where he enjoyed music, traveling and playing pool. He was a serious billiards student and spent many happy hours playing pool. He was also a member of the American Legion and the Sun City Elks Lodge. Chip is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Nancy Korsinen Cameron, his sister-in-law Susan Korsinen, Step-Mother Louise and her 3 daughters, Chip's sisters- Linda, Susie and Sherry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and their children. At Chip's request, no formal service will be held. His favorite song was "What A Wonderful World" by Louis Armstrong. When you hear that song, think of Chip and smile.
