Stephen Edward Jolly (Steve) died on February 9th, 2018 in Longmont, CO as a result of a self-inflicted injury sustained during a psychotic episode. Steve, 22 is survived by his parents, Tim Jolly and Mary Jolly of Longmont, CO. He is also survived by his siblings: Laura Jolly of Van Nuys, CA, Sarah Jolly of Boulder, CO and his twin brother James Jolly of Longmont, CO. Steve was born on April 24, 1995 in Wheatridge, CO. He grew up in Niwot, CO. Steve graduated from Niwot High School in 2013, having served as the senior class president. He graduated from CU Boulder in May 2017, with a BS degree in Business and Administration. He was a finance and accounting double major. Steve held a variety of interests. He was a fitness enthusiast, who dedicated time to weight lifting and running outside. He liked to cook, play guitar, listen to music and enjoyed hiking and nature walks. He was a dedicated vegan and environmentalist. A Celebration of Life is scheduled for 11 a.m. on February 24th at Longs Peak United Methodist Church in Longmont with a reception to follow. Pastor Steve Reinhard will officiate the ceremony. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Steve’s life.
