Sherry Ruth Ann Keating peacefully passed away April 4,2020 at Aegis in Pleasant Hill. She was born in Scottsbluff, Nebraska on August 14, 1927 to Mr. Henry and Mary Stahle-Hartwig Koch (Cook). She married James Albert Keating on October 5, 1944 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. They were married 74 years before James passed away June 17, 2019. Sherry was a homemaker and raised 5 children. She is preceded in death by her husband James Albert Keating, her daughter Jacqueline Keating Fielding, her parents, her brother and sisters, Alexander Koch (Cook), Mollie Koch Villella, and her half-sisters Millie Hartwig Brotzman, and Lydia Hartwig. Sherry loved her family and was happiest at large family gatherings. She will be greatly missed by her surviving children, Lindy Haagensen, Suzanne Thompson, Jim Keating and Patrick Keating and by her many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She will be placed at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon beside her husband.
