Gloria Helen Miller

Gloria Helen Miller, 93, of Ocala, passed away on Sunday, February 24, 2019. Gloria was born in Brooklyn, NY to George Zurlo and Annabel (Walch) Zurlo and moved to Ocala in 1995 from Angelica, NY. She worked for NASA at Kennedy Space Center for many years before retiring in 1975. Gloria enjoyed “snowbirding” between Florida and New York for 20 years before moving permanently to Florida. She loved to shop and go on cruises, having reached the diamond and platinum statuses. She was surrounded by her entire family on the “compound” where all holidays were spent together. Gloria is survived by her daughter Sharon (George) Kerridge, stepchildren Donna (Steve) Gordon, and Michael (Donna) Miller, daughter in law Linda Darwin, two grandsons Jason Miller and Steven Miller, brother Frank Zurlo, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Gloria is predeceased by two husbands; William H. Darwin (1974) and Donald A. Miller (2010), son Wade H. Darwin (2016), and stepson Robert C. Miller (2008). Friends and family will gather at the funeral home on Thursday, February 28th from 1-2pm. Graveside services will follow at Highland Memorial Park in Ocala, FL.
