Wilbur Richardson Crawford Jr., of Silver Springs Florida, passed away on February 27, 2024 at 96 years old. He was born in Waycross, Georgia, on December 26, 1927 to Wilbur Richardson Crawford Sr. and Marie Priester Crawford. He was a Korean War Veteran, and he also built cabinets, furniture & houses. Wilbur enjoyed spending time with his dog, Peppy, he loved fishing and taking care of his flowers. He is predeceased by both of his parents, son, Tim Crawford, daughter, Sandy Afroozi, and mother of Tim & Cindy, Peggy Crawford. Wilbur is survived by his daughter Cindy Crawford Jackson & husband Bill of Jesup Georgia. Keyhan Afroozi (Sandy’s Husband) of Gainesville Georgia. Four grandchildren; Kayvon (Caryn), Mark, Katrina, Daniel (Crystal), and nine great grandchildren; Brandon, Joshua, Layla, Colin, Declan, Aeden, Taelor, Rhyker and Maverhyk. There will be a visitation from 12:00PM – 1:00PM on Monday, March 4, 2024 at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services at 910 E Silver Springs, Ocala, FL 34770. With the burial to follow at 2:00PM at Highland Memorial Park at 1515 NE 3rd St, Ocala, FL 34470.
