Joyce Eva May Wright
September 30th, 1924 - December 26th, 2018
Joyce Eva May Wright, of Lady Lake, Florida died on the morning of December 26, 2018 at the age of 94. She was born in London, England in September 1924. After surviving WWII she and her family immigrated to the United States in 1953. After many years in Massachusetts she and her husband “Will” moved to North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina in 1979. She lived there until earlier this year when she moved in with her daughter and her husband, Morgan in Florida. Most of her family was able to visit in the past month. She is survived by her children Diane Wright-Kirk (Morgan Kirk) and Michael Wright (Candace Wright); 5 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband James William Wright; 2 sisters, and her parents Anne and John “Jack” Wade. No services will be held at this time. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to Cornerstone Hospice, https://web.cshospice.org/. Online condolences may be sent at hiers-baxley.com.
