Dolores Maria Lucero-Costlow

Dolores “Lola” Lucero Costlow, 62 Passed away Friday, September 9, 2022 surrounded by loved ones. She was born in Albuquerque, NM on January 28, 1960 to Refugio and Eufelia Lucero. Dolores had a big heart and was the life of the party. She loved spending time with family and friends. She was very proud of her children and her grandchildren were her pride and joy. She loved to sit under her apple tree listening to music and enjoying her home where she was born and raised. She was an animal lover and a die-hard San Francisco 49ers fan. She retired after 41 years as a parts puller for Advanced Auto Parts formally known as Carquest. Dolores will be dearly missed by so many. She was preceeded in death by her parents Refugio and Eufelia Lucero, her two brothers; Lawrence Lucero and Albino Lucero and her sister Stella Lucero. Dolores is survived by her husband David Joe Costlow, her son Adrian Lucero (Angelique Lucero) of Bernalillo, NM, her daughter Felicia Richesin (Shawn Richesin) of Albuquerque, NM, her grandchildren Adrian Lucero, Abrielle Lucero, Alana Lovato, Luciana Lovato, and Jade Richesin. Her sisters Bernice Garcia of Albuquerque, NM, Filomena Lucero of Tijeras, NM, and Marie (Bita) Pacheco (Mike Pacheco) of Stanley, NM. As well as several nephews, nieces, and friends. Serving as pallbearers are Alana Lovato, Luciana Lovato, Adrian Lucero, Abrielle Lucero, Jade Richesin. A rosary and mass will be held at Holy Child Parish in Tijeras, NM., on Saturday, October 8, 2022, at 9 a.m. Dolores will be laid to rest at San Isidro Church Cemetery in Sedillo, NM directly following the services. There will be a reception at the Moose Lodge - 12825 Skyline Rd. NE, Albuquerque, NM.
