Thomas E. Minard. Tom, aged 78 passed away on November 30, 2023 having suffered with Dementia for several years. Tom was born on January 7, 1945 in Towanda, PA. He was an Army Veteran. After his time with the military he settled in Albuquerque where he worked for PNM in Power Operations for more than 30 years. Tom was a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather to a large family. Tom was known for his dedication to family and his steadfast kindness and hard work. He will be sorely missed. Funeral service will be held at St. Marks Episcopal Church, 431 Richmond St. NE, Albuquerque on Tuesday, December 19th at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the New Mexico Bio Park Society. Tom’s love of all creatures, great and small was well-known and admired.
