Dominic Jarrod Harvey, 17 years old of Montezuma, GA., passed away at his residence on Monday, April 3, 2023. A celebration of his life will be held Saturday, April 15, 2023 at 2 PM in the chapel of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory. Dominic was born at the Houston Medical Center in Warner Robins, GA. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Gary Harmon; paternal great grandparents: William and Dorthy Harmon; maternal great grandparents: Melvin and Frances Busby, and step-in-law maternal great grandparents: Jim and Velma Eshleman. Dominic was a loving son, brother, grandson, great grandson, nephew, cousin, and dear friend to whom will deeply miss him. He was better known to many as Dom, Gentle Giant, and Lurch. He had a kind and gentle soul that touched many people over the years of his life. He loved to fish, go to the beach, watch YouTube and Anime, but most of all, he loved to play the Xbox or PlayStation with all of his online friends. When Dom was younger, he played football and basketball for the Warner Robins Recreation Department. He cherished all the times with his family and friends, creating countless memories. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made in memory of Dominic through the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Dominic is survived by his mother, Brandi Lawson; siblings: Jaide Harmon, and Chase Harmon; grandparents: Rebekah (Jerry) Eshleman, and Beth Harmon; Aunts: Jessica (Allen) Benson, and Cassie Harmon; cousins: Janee Benson, Riley Benson, Aubrey Pickett, Addie Pickett, Chaitham Rowe, and Brett JR Rowe; and a host of extended friends and family.
