Sean Timothy Forrest

Mr. Sean Timothy Forrest, age 33, a resident of Orlando, Florida passed away Saturday, August 26, 2023 at home surrounded by family. Mr. Forrest was born April 24, 1990 in Winter Park, Florida to Stanley Ackerman and Bernadette Ann (Meck) Forrest. Sean graduated from Osceola High School Class of 2008 where he played football for the Kowboys and attended Valencia Community College. He was a Renovation Foreman in Residential Properties, a Concierge for Star Island Resort & Club in Kissimmee and a past Foreman for a Landscaping Company in Colorado Springs. Sean was a member of Saint Margaret Mary Catholic Church in Winter Park, Florida. He played pop warner football throughout his youth. He belonged to “The Family” of the Green Bay Packers and was also an avid Notre Dame Football Fan. He enjoyed football, fishing, going to the beach, the mountains and preaching the word of God. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents – Walter Saul and Ruth Ackerman Forrest; maternal grandparents – Edward John and Aurelia Ryan Meck and brother – Skylar Marquis. Sean is survived by his loving & devoted family, mother – Bernadette Meck-Forrest of Orlando, Florida; sister – Heidi (Jeff) McIntee of Auburndale, Florida; father – Stanley Forrest of Kissimmee, Florida; 2 brothers – Casey (Dominque) Carr of Poinciana, Florida and Brady (Vanessa) Carr of Kissimmee, Florida; 2 nephews – Nolen and Dawson; 2 nieces – Kenadi and Lexington; his God children – Skye Marie, Lucas, Melanie Sky, Casey Jr., Omari, Aaliyah, Nicolas, Isaiah and Elena. A visitation will be held Tuesday, September 12th from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at Kersey Funeral Home, 108 Lake Stella Drive, Auburndale, Florida. Funeral Mass will be held 9:00 am Wednesday, September 13th at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 1991 Overlook Drive, Winter Haven, Florida with visitation beginning at 8:15 am at the church. Interment will follow at Auburndale Memorial Park.
