Sussanah "Lynnette" Lynnette Johns

Mrs. Sussanah Lynnette Johns, age 46 a lifetime Polk County resident passed away Sun. Sept. 2, 2018 after a courageous battle with cancer. Mrs. Johns was born December 31, 1971 in Lakeland, Florida to Richard Edward and Sussanah Carol (Davis) Stallard, Jr. Lynnette attended Auburndale Schools and was a purchasing agent in the home construction industry. She was a very nurturing person who enjoyed hallmark movies, reading, outdoor activities, flowers, smiling and spending time with her family. Lynnette loved restoring cars & taking road trips with her husband. She was preceded in death by her mother; paternal & maternal grandparents Lynnette is survived by her loving & devoted family; Husband of 6 years: Michael Johns of Lakeland Sister: Judy Meadows (Mitchell) Dent of Lakeland, 3 Brothers: Richard (Connie) Meadows of Lakeland, Wesley (Debbie) Meadows of Michigan, Steve (Sallie) Meadows of Lakeland, Father: Richard E. Stallard, Jr. & his wife of Auburndale, Uncle: Wayne Stallard, 2 Aunts: Sharron Clanton & Deborah Wilkerson, Mother-in-Law: Paula Johns of Tabor City, NC, Several nieces, nephews & cousins Many extended family. In lieu of flowers the family request’s donations in Sussanah Johns name to either; Good Shepherd Hospice, 105 Arneson Ave., Auburndale, FL. 33823 or Community Hospice & Home Care, 333 Jefferson St., Whiteville, NC 28472. Visitation will be 10-11 AM, Thurs. Sept. 6th at Kersey Funeral Home. Graveside service will follow 11 AM at Auburndale Memorial Park.
