Michelle Dennise Wieber of Haines City, Florida passed away peacefully at her residence on Tuesday, April 18, 2023. She was 71 years old. She was born on Sunday, March 2, 1952, in Washington, DC to Michael D. and Marsha Talbot Thornton and moved to Haines City in 1989 from Silver Spring, Maryland. Michelle was a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church and retired as the parish secretary after 24 years. She was predeceased by her parents, Michael and Marsha and her daughter, Jennifer Amber Seibel. Michelle is survived by her children, Candice A. Cross, Anthony Matthew Seibel, and Stephanie A. (Kyle) Gonzalez; siblings, Melanie Thornton-Huycke, Michael Thornton Jr; and grandchildren, Jordan (Caine), Reid, Peyton, Kendall, Kipton, Kadence and Karsyn. Visitations will be on Friday, April 28, 2023, 5:00 - 8:00 pm at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Haines City. A funeral mass will be on Saturday, April 29, 2023, at 12 pm at St Ann Catholic Church. The family has asked, that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to American Cancer Society or Multiple Sclerosis Foundation.
