Alice W. (Laffery), Zibinskas she was born in Worcester, Massachusetts, November 7, 1918, the daughter of John J. Laffey and Ellen (Kilroy) Laffey. Alice was a 1936 graduate of Commerce High School in Worcester and lived all her life in Worcester. She was married 64 years to her late husband, Albert Zibinskas. She worked in Worcester City Clerk's Office for 10 years. After her marriage, she worked as a secretary at Astra Pharmaceutical Products in Worcester for 24 years, retiring in 1983. Alice was preceded in death by her grandson, Christian Ward and by her brother, Jack Laffey. She leaves two children, her son, Robert Zibinskas of West Boylston, Massachusetts and her daughter, Marie (David) Zibinskas Ward of Riverview, Florida where Alice lived for the past eight years. She is survived by three grandchildren, Daniel (Emily) Zibinskas, Andrew (Tesha) Ward and Ashley (Travis) Ward Stolgitis, and seven great grandchildren all of Massachusetts. Alice loved to travel, keep in touch with family and friends, go out to lunch and loved having her hair done every week. Everyone loved her sunny disposition. Mass will be offered in her honor 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 702 Valley Forge Boulevard, Sun City Center, Fla.
