MELTON, Naomi P., 70, of Land O’ Lakes, FL, passed away Thursday, February 1, 2018. She was born in Charleston, WV. Naomi enjoyed bowling and any kind of games. She was preceded by her son, Jim Smith. Naomi is survived by her husband of 34 years, Chuck; two sons, Rick Heil, Jason Melton and his wife, Brandi; Loria Gaedchans and her husband, Keith, Sue McGowin and her husband, Tracy, Melody Miller and her husband, Tim; 15 grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; brother, James Walker; sister, Jane Schaefer. A memorial service will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 4, 2018 at Loyless Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the American Lung Association at American Lung Association National Direct Response Headquarters 1200 Hosford Street, Suite 101 Hudson, WI 54016-9316 Words of comfort may be expressed for Naomi’s family by clicking “Share a Memory”.
