Floyd B. 'Brad' Jones,75, of Largo, Florida, died Monday, August 26, 2002 in the emergency room at Largo Medical Center. He came here in 1965 from his native Kannapolis, NC where he was a member of the Lane Street Baptist Church. He was a retail hardware manager. He was a Navy veteran of WWII and a member of the U.S.S. Coral Sea Association. He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Sally A., four sons, Stephen L. Parr of Vadnais Heights, MN, Charles D. Parr, of Pickins, SC, Robert A. Parr and William D. Parr both of St. Petersburg, Florida, two daughters, Jennifer Jones-Galyean and Janice E. Jones both of Asheville, NC, one brother, Larry W. Jones, two sisters, Penny Linker, Claudia Kinney all of Kannapolis, NC, 12 grandchildren and one great grandson. The family request memorials to: U.S.S.
