Wanda passed away Thursday in Tacoma with family at her side. Wanda was a life time member of the VFW lodge #969. She was preceded in death by her husband Leonard and grandson Jimmy. Wanda is survived by her children Kathy (Stafford) Bax, Leonard S., Dianne Torrance, Dennis L., Gary (Patricia), Linda; brother Stan Sklodowski; 11 grandchildren and 11+ great-grandchildren. "Mom was a very loving, caring and giving Mom" Wanda was a relative of "Madam Curie". Funeral service will be Wednesday Nov. 24, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at Piper-Morley-Mellinger Funeral Home, 253-472-3353. www.pipermorleymellingerfh.com
