Margaret Jane Hoffman 1941 to 2021 On October 2nd, 2021, Margaret, who liked to be called Peggy, passed away peacefully in her sleep. She is survived by her sister Helen, husband Mike, two children Ken and Miriam, and grandchildren, Michelle, Nick, and Michaela. Peggy was born on October 14th, 1941, to Earl and Jane Whitacre of Aberdeen, WA. Peggy’s sister Helen introduced her to Mike Hoffman in Aberdeen in February 1961. They were married a year later and have been married 59 years. Peggy led her life with passion for art and community. She was active in her church and community organizations, including volunteering in campaigns and as a poll worker. She often used her art skills to help friends promote their businesses and her church. Her sister, Helen says, "She walked with the Lord her whole life" She is loved and will be very much missed.
