In addition to his wife of 33 years, Patricia Hughes, he is survived by his sons, Kevin Andre Harris Hughes and Christopher Eric Harris (Katrina) Hughes; grandchildren, Asia E. Martin, Jalyin A. Clark, Elijah Harris, Malakhi J. Harris, and Jasmine A. Harris; siblings, Regina Hughes, Kay (Glen) Birch, Kenneth (Tracy) Hughes, Charles (Dora) Hughes, William (Jennifer) Towns, Ernest Towns, Regina (Michael) Berry, Jackie (Doretha) Slaughter, and Marvin (Ruth) Slaughter; and numerous nieces and nephews.
