Obituary Marilyn M. Morris, 78, of Lexington, Kentucky, died Sunday, February 27, 2011. She was born January 15, 1933 in Springfield, MA to the late Edward and Doris Barre Parent. Marilyn was known by many as the friendly ambassador of the Kroger on Boston Rd. She was an avid gardener and her garden was admired by everyone in her neighborhood. She also served for many years as office manager at Comprehensive Care Center on upper street and was a faithful member of Pax Christi Catholic Church. She is survived by her daughter, Melissa Elaine Kiser, IN; sons, Jamie Christopher Morris, Nicholasville, KY, Jon Barre Morris, Lexington, KY, and Brian Michael Morris, NY; sisters, Margie Greenman, MI and Rita Christian, NJ; brothers, Dave Parent, OH and Steve Parent, IN; grandchildren, Jamie Lynn Morris, Christopher Joseph Morris, and Paul Kiser ; and great granddaughter, Heidi Profitt. Funeral Information Visitation will be 6-9pm, Wednesday, March 2, 2011 at Clark Legacy Center in Brannon Crossing with Rosary at 8:30pm. Funeral Service will be 11am, Thursday, March 3, 2011 at Pax Christ Catholic Church.
