Obituary Billy "High Pockets" Morris, 70, of Winchester, Kentucky, died Tuesday, October 11, 2011. He was born in Harlan, Kentucky on May 24, 1941 to the late Melvin and Martha Holland Morris. Billy is survived by his special friend, Janet Decker; his two daughters, Sandra (William "Bopper" Minton) Morris Voils and Nancy (Ronnie) Dailey Goins; his son, Billy "Joey" (Bionca) Morris; sister, Juanita Trowbridge; brothers, Wallace (Brenda) Morris and Bobby Chenault; and seven grandchildren, Austin and Brittany Goins, Randi Lynn Napier, Madsion Lashae Minton, Timothy Morris, Zachary Morris and Kristina Stanfield. Billy was preceded in death by his wife, Jo Ann Morris. Funeral Information Visitation will be 12-2pm, Monday, October 17, 2011 at Clark Legacy Center, followed by a Graveside Service at Camp Nelson National Cemetery.
