Judith Ann Rankin, 79, widow of William S. Rankin died on Sunday, February 5, 2023 in Lexington, KY. She was born in Pikeville, KY on May 23, 1943 to the late Curtis and Blanche Tackett Justice. Judith worked as a deli manager for Randals Grocery for many years and retired from Save A lot on Southland Dr in Lexington, KY. She is survived by one son, Matthew (Sherry) Rankin, Richmond, KY; two stepdaughters, Marcie Perisho and Melissa Goldman; grandchildren Talia Horn, Parker Horn, Hilarye Dailey, Jason Dailey; one sister, Dottie (Roger) Layne, Olive Hill, KY; sister-in-law, Rose Justice, Williamsburg, VA ; special niece, Latesha Layne; special friend, Katie Fyffe. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, February 18 from 9:00 a.m to 11:00 a.m at Clark Legacy Center – 601 E Brannon Road in Nicholasville, KY followed by a celebration of life service at 11a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Bluegrass Care Navigators-Lexington.
