Dorothy Lynne McKeone, age 86, of North Port, died on November 13, 2009. She was born in New York, NY on April 3, 1923, and came to this area in 1986 from Santa Rosa, California. She was a gardener and bingo player, and she loved her puppy, Holly. Dorothy is survived by her daughters Patricia Crounse of Port Charlotte, and Darlene White of New Britain, CT; son Jeffery Serven of Wethersfield, CT; 7 grandchildren and one great grandchild. A memorial service will be held at Pine Level United Methodist Church, Saturday, November 28th at 1:00 PM.. Farley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
