Helen E. (Veeder) Clark Bronk of Venice, FL, formerly of Schenectady and Glenville, NY died on March 23, 2009. She became a resident of Florida in 1979 and maintained a summer residence in the Schenectady area until 1998. She was a graduate of Schenectady High School and Spencer Business and Secretarial Institute. Helen was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was also a life member of the George Hope Chapter of the order of the Eastern Star in Schenectady, having joined in 1940. She was former member and officer of the Board of Managers of the Heritage Home for Women in Schenectady, and former member of the Schenectady Women’s Club. Helen was also a devoted supporter of Love a Child, a non-profit Christian Humanitarian Organization. She was the wife of the late Raymond E. Clark who died in 1974 and the late Dr. Lester B. Bronk who died in 1986. She is also predeceased by her parents William D. and Minnie R. Davis. She is survived by a step-son, R. Byron Bronk of Provo, Utah; niece Mrs. Sylvia Nicholle of Phoenix, Arizona; and cousins Betty Hodges of Burlington, Vermont.
