Mary Ann Myers, age 81, of Hiltons, VA, went to be with the Lord, on Friday, October 23, 2015 at NOVA Health Care in Weber City, VA. She was a faithful member of Hiltons Memorial United Methodist Church for many years and was also a member of The Red Hat Society. Mary Ann had a very special place in her heart for Mandy her precious little dog. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed by all who loved her. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Myers; son, Larry Myers; and parents, Harold and Ida Bell Doyle. She is survived by her son, Terry Myers (Jennifer); granddaughter, Amanda Hildebrandt (Cody); 2 great-grandchildren, Emily Conley and Noah Hildebrandt; daughter-in-law, Debra Myers; sister, Sue Factor of Florida; special friends, Rose Watson, Mary Lou Roberts and Wilma McConnell; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm on Monday, October 26, 2015 at Hiltons Memorial United Methodist Church, 2869 Hilton Road, Gate City, VA 24251. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 pm with Pastor Mark Kilbourne and Pastor Will Shewey officiating. Special music will be provided by Oscar Harris. Interment will follow at Holston View Cemetery. A meal will be provided for the family and friends at the church following the graveside service.
