Bonnie Jean Seery of Volcano, CA, passed away Thursday, December 26, 2013 at Sutter Amador Hospital in Jackson at the age of 65. She was born in San Jose, CA on November 20, 1948 to the late Arwood and Gloria (Turney) Brehm. Bonnie had been living in San Jose for more than 30 years before she moved to Amador County in 1978. Bonnie wanted to be closer to her uncle, Bob Turney and enjoyed the rural area. Bonnie met Ronn Seery in an 8th grade art class and always kept in touch. They met again in 1988 and that was all it took for a romance to blossom. The couple married in 1990 in South Lake Tahoe, NV. Bonnie worked as an accountant in social services for 15 years. Bonnie's thoughtfulness, compassion, kindness, and loving nature drew people to her. She was very artistic and dabbled in everything art. Bonnie is survived by her husband, Ronn Seery of Volcano; daughter, Melissa Byrd of Rocklin, CA; sons, Matthew Leonard of Pioneer, CA, Matthew Seery of Portland, OR, Anthony Seery of San Diego, CA; grandchildren, Tyler, Brandi, Keith, Brandon, AJ, Cody, Mattea; great grandchildren, Dominic, Joey and Mylah. She was preceded in death by her sister, Beverly Watson. There will be a Celebration of Life gathering for family and friends at the American Legion Hall in Jackson, CA at 1:00 pm on Saturday, January 11th, Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Amador and Calaveras Counties, P.O. Box 595 Jackson, CA 95642. She's an Angel that will be missed…… 777…..
