Denise Ann Williams

Denise Ann Williams, aged 58, of Ione, California, passed away peacefully on February 3rd, 2026, surrounded by loved ones who cherished her deeply.  Born on January 26th, 1968 in Hayward, California, she lived a life marked by compassion, strength & ambition, and leaves behind a legacy of love & wisdom that will continue to shape the lives of those who knew her.

Throughout her life, Denise was known for her kindness, warmth, wisdom, and radiant smile.  Her love of Great Danes carried her through a notable career as an All-Breed Professional Dog Handler & Breeder; competing at AKC conformation shows all over the country and creating numerous champions, alongside her daughter, Brittany.  As a breeder, she delighted in friendship and connections that spanned the globe.  After retiring from her life as a breeder & handler, she then used her love of knowledge & nutritional health to become an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, helping countless individuals navigate their way out of health challenges alongside her daughter, Bree.   

In the last years of her life, she worked with small collective groups focused on spreading love, compassion, and healing energy, sharing her bright light with others.  No matter the focus, she was always expanding her knowledge, learning, growing, and evolving, fueled by her curiosity and drive for seeking truth, encompassed within her expansive inner world. 

Regardless of which chapter of life she was in, Denise approached life with ambition and authenticity, offering comfort, support & wisdom in equal measure while carrying her own inner style of spirituality throughout.  Her presence was a steady source of strength for her family, and her kindness touched countless people wherever she went.

She is survived by her husband Roger, daughters Brittany & Bree, granddaughter Jenna Blythe, and siblings Sarah, JD, & Nicole, who will forever carry her memory in their hearts.  Denise was also looking forward to the birth of her 2nd grandchild, Annelise, who is expected to be born in April.  She was preceded in death by her father David Clayton, her step-father (whom she also called “Dad”) Peter Fredotovich, & her mother Blythe Fredotovich.

A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, March 7th at Laughton Ranch in Jackson where family and friends will gather to honor her fun-loving spirit, share stories, and remember the gifts she brought into all of our lives with her presence.  In keeping with her wishes, the gathering will reflect the warmth, joy, and vibrancy that defined her.
