Allan A. Smith

SMITH, Dr. Allan A., 65 of Seminole. Died Friday, June 16, 2006 at St. Petersburg General Hospital. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he came here in 1981 from Wichita, Kansas. He was a clinical psychologist at Bay Pines V.A. Hospital and in private practice in St. Petersburg. He was a member of Congregation B'Nai Israel and it's Men's Club in St. Petersburg. Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Kathleen; two daughters, Leah Smith, Los Angeles, CA., Rachel Smith, Seminole; brother, Stephen Smith, Roswell, GA. Graveside service will be 2 PM Sunday (June 18, 2006) at Chapel Hill Memorial Park, Largo, with Rabbi Jacob Luski D. D. officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Cancer Society or Congregation B'Nai Israel, 300 58th St. N., St. Petersburg, FL. 33710. David C.
