Dr. Charles Alvarez, 64 of Tarpon Springs. Died Tuesday, November 6, 2007 at Helen Ellis Hospital. He was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and was a medical dotor. He was presbyterian. Survivors include his father, Mario Alvarez of Miami; wife, Dr. Patricia Jasionowski-Alvarez; son, Lofton Alvarez, of New York City; daughters, Lindsay Alvarez-Gavrilis (husband Christos) of Bradenton, Florida and Leigh Alvarez of Nokomis, Florida and one brother, Joaquin Alvarez of Miami.
Visitation and services took place Saturday, November 10, 2007 at David C. Gross Funeral Home, 6366 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg.
Interment to be private.
