Cleo M. Anderson

ANDERSON, Cleo M., 91 of St. Petersburg. Died Sunday, January 28, 2007 at Bayfront Medical Center. Born in Alsea, Oregon, she came here in 1998 from Barrington, Rhode Island. For ten years she was in public relations and administration of conventions for the San Francisco Visitors and Convention Bureau. In San Francisco she was both a Girl Scout leader and taught Sunday school in the United Methodist Church. She was an avid reader, and studied art and music. She had extensive interest in genealogy work. Survivors include her daughter, Julie Priestley, St. Petersburg; sister, Miriam Bisbee, Eugene, OR; two grandchildren, Derek Wallen, Barrington, RI., Stacey Beltrami, Boston, MA; three great grandchildren. A memorial service is pending. David C. Gross Funeral Homes and Cremation Center, 6366 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg is serving the family. The family suggests memorial donations in lieu of flowers, be made to the American Cancer Society. Service Information
