David Adams

Adams, David P. passed away Saturday, Aug. 18, 2007, at Woodside Hospice, Pinellas Park, FL, following a long battle with cancer. He was born in Birmingham, AL, but came to Jacksonville at a young age where he became a lifelong resident. He was retired from CSX railroad after more than 36 years and had moved to St. Petersburg, FL. He graduated from UNF with a degree in allied health in 1987. He served his country in World War II with the United States Coast Guard. He was a member of Calvary Episcopal Church in Indian Rocks Beach, FL. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials to Woodside Hospice, 6770 102nd Avenue N, Pinellas Park, FL 33782. Mr. Adams has been sent to Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home 940 Cesery Blvd. Jacksonville, FL 32211 for services and interment. David C. Gross Funeral Home in charge of local arrangements.
