Edith P. Sardelli

SARDELLI- Edith P., 83, of Treasure Island, passed away Thursday, May 24, 2007 at Apollo Health & Rehab. Center in St. Petersburg. She came to Florida in 2001 from her native Utica, New York where she was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Church. She married Anthony T. Sardelli on November 18, 1950. Mr. Sardelli passed away April 30, 1997.She was employed as a secretary at the Griffiss Air Force Base; Utica College; Mohawk Valley Community College and the county health department. In her later years, she volunteered at St. Elizabeth Hospital in New York. Survivors include her daughter, Nadine Wadsworth of Treasure Island, Florida; her beloved brother, Louis Papale of Detroit, Michigan, two sisters, Marie (Albert) Moreland and Dorothy Nassar and a sister-in-law, Mary Sardelli, all of New Hartford, New York and several nieces and nephews. Private cremation services will be held. Mrs. Sardelli will be buried next to her beloved husband, Anthony, at Calvary Cemetery in Utica, New York. The family suggests memorial donations be made, in lieu of flowers, to the Alzheimer's Association. Service Information
