Gail Schneider

Mrs. Gail R. Schneider, 81, of St. Petersburg, Florida passed away June 19, 2024.  Gail was born in New York, the first child to Claire and Louis Chasin. She strongly believed in education and worked as a teacher in both New York City and Windsor, New York. She is survived by her son Alan (Julie), daughters Eileen and Marni (John), sister Phyllis (George) Gluck, and many other relatives and longtime friends.  A graveside service will be held on Sunday June 23rd, 2024, 10:30 AM at the Temple Beth- El section of Royal Palm Cemetery South.  Family and friends are invited back to the Schneider home following services.  The family will sit Shiva on Monday in Florida and will then sit Shiva in Maryland at the home of Phyllis and George Gluck.   At a later date, there will be a Celebration of Life at Oquaga Lake, New York.  The family requests that donations in her memory be made to the Chordoma Foundation (chordomafoundation.org) or the National Psoriasis Foundation (psoriasis.org).
