George Owen Sweeney

George Owen Sweeney Sr., 65 of St. Petersburg, passed away Saturday, March 29, 2008. He was born in Framingham, Massachusetts and moved to Florida in 2003 from Millis, Massachusetts. He served in the US Army and was Catholic. He was a Human Resource Consultant who's main responsibility it was to hire C.E.O.'s for large companies such as T.S.A. and the healthcare systems. He was an avid gardener and is survived by a son, George O. Sweeney, Jr.; a daughter, Elizabeth M. Sherr; one grandson, Alexander Natale with another grandchild on the way and his dear friend, Kathleen E. Overton.
Private services were held.
David C. Gross Funeral Home is serving the family.
