Harold Spigner

Harold Spigner, 82, of Belleair Bluffs, Florida, passed away Wednesday, August 22, 2007 at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater. He was born in the Bronx and served in the US Army during WW II. He was an attorney for many years. Survivors include four sons; Peter of Coral Springs, Florida; Steven of Boynton Beach, Florida and Matthew and Barry, both of Queens, New York; one sister, Bertha (the late Milton) King of Forest Hills, New York; his former wife, Eleanor Spigner of Boynton Beach, Florida; nephews Martin and Robert,and his friend and caregiver, Renee Lynn (David) Chase of Belleair Bluffs, Florida. Mr. Spigner was preceded in death by his parents, Abe and Norma, his brother Irving and Irving's wife, Cynthia and his brother-in-law, Milton King. Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, August 28, 2007 at Mt. Judah Cemetery in Ridgewood, New York with Rabbi David Schnitzler officiating. David C.
