ALBERT - Jules, 89, of Largo, passed away Friday, October 6, 2006 at Hospice House Woodside in Pinellas Park. Born in Brooklyn, New York, he came to Florida in 1986 from Yonkers, New York. He was a medic in the Army having served in WW II. He was a delivery driver for his uncle's dry cleaning business in the Bronx for twenty-five years and went on to retire after ten years as an independent taxi driver in New York City. He was a member of Knights of Pythius, Coronet Lodge, in New York. Survivors include two son; Marc Albert of Wappingers Falls, New York and Paul Albert of Freedom, California; one sister, Eleanor Parker of Lady Lake, Florida and three grandchildren, Howard Albert of Seattle, Washington; Todd Albert of Portland, Oregon and Nicole Albert of Freedom, California. At the family's request, a private cremation will be held. David C. Gross Funeral Homes, Beth David Chapel, St. Petersburg is serving the family. Service Information
