M. Pearl Eggleston

September 16, 1928 — February 11, 2018

M. Pearl Eggleston, (nee Andrews) 89 of St. Pete Beach passed away February 11, 2018. Pearl as an adventuresome young lady left her home in Wesleyville ,NL Can. She went to work for the American Air Force serving in Greenland and Goose Bay. It was there that she met Lt. Col .Glen Eggleston whom she married Oct 5/68 in Greenville, Texas. They remained together for 43 years, until Glen’s death in 2011, living in the Yacht and Racquet Club on St Pete Beach. where they enjoyed life to the fullest. Pearl was the daughter of Harry and Eliza Andrews. She was the last surviving sibling, predeceased by sisters Triffie, Sadie, Emma, Isabelle, Bernice, and brothers Lester, Ned, and Harry .She will be fondly missed by several nieces and nephews and her many friends who will always remember her beautiful smile. A private cremation has been planned. David C. Gross Funeral Homes, Central Avenue Chapel in St. Petersburg is serving the family
