Marion S. Giacalone. Age 85, born in Brooklyn, NY. on January 17, 1923. Beloved wife of Philip Giacalone; son, Robert C. Simonds; daughter, Jane C. Piccirillo; granddaughters, Kristen Simonds, Lori McNeill, Brie Piccirillo; great granddaughter, Kyra McNeill. St. Petersburg resident since 1974, award winning miniature art artist, former president of local miniature art society chapter, active member of recreational theatrical group, office manager of a medical office.
A memorial service will be 10:30 AM on Friday, February 22, 2008 at the Central Avenue Chapel. Freinds will be received from 9:30 AM until service time. Interment will be at a later date in the Bay Pines National Cemetery.
David C. Gross Funeral Homes, 6366 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg, is serving the family.
