Mildred Hornak

HORNAK, Mildred, 97 of Seminole. Died Friday, December 22, 2006 at her residence. Born in Chicago, Illinois, she came here in 1976 from Hinsdale, Illinois. She was a clerk for an electrical correspondence school. She was a member of Pasadena Presbyterian Church. She was a lifetime member of both the Czechoslovak American Society, St. Petersburg and the O.E.S. Chapter # 529, Berwyn IL. She was an honorary member of the Garden Club, Forest Park, IL. Survivors include her brother, Eugene J. Dalaskey, Venice, FL; three nieces and a nephew. David C. Gross Funeral Homes and Cremation Center, 6366 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg is serving the family. Funeral service will be 11 AM Tuesday (December 26, 2006) at David C. Gross Central Avenue Chapel, with Rev. Donald Warth officiating. Friends will be received from 10 AM until service time. Interment will follow in the Memorial Park Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice of the Florida Suncoast. Service Information
