WARD-SMITH, Natalie A., 43 of Clearwater. Died Thursday, June 14, 2007 at Morton Plant Hospital. Born in Tampa, she came here in 1998 from Lakeland. She was a respiratory therapist in the surgical intensive care unit at Lakeland Regional Medical Center and secretary for Dr. Kenneth Friedman in Clearwater. She was a member of Temple B'nai Israel in Clearwater. Survivors include her son, Joshua Alexander Smith, Lakeland; aunt, Annette Owrutski, Baltimore, MD.
Funeral service will be 2 pm on Tuesday, June 19, 2007 at Temple B'nai Israel, 1685 S. Belcher Road, Clearwater, with Rabbi Arthur Baseman officiating. Interment will follow in Curlew Hills Memory Gardens, Palm Harbor.
David C. Gross Funeral Home, 6366 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg is serving the family.
