Oscar "Al" Alvarez

Please call (727) 381-4911 for additional information. Oscar "Al" Alvarez Jr., of Tampa, was born May 21st, 1939 and passed away June 26th, 2012. Al served in the Army Reserves, military police and retired as a detective of the Tampa Police. He went on to real estate finance and appraising. Al recently retired from the security department at Busch Gardens Tampa. He is survived by his Sister Maryanne Strother, Son Anthony Scott Alvarez, daughter Nichole Alvarez-Sowles, Nephews Steven and Michael Strother, Grandchildren Anthony Alvarez Jr, Andrew Alvarez, and Lexi Sowles. Al was predeceased by his Mother Rafaela and Father Oscar Alvarez Sr. In lieu of floral arrangements, the family requests donation to HPH Hospice of Pasco. David C.
