Robert Petroff

PETROFF - Robert John Sr., 86, of Gulfport, passed away Saturday, June 30, 2007 at Hospice House Woodside in Pinellas Park. Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, he came to Florida in 1992 from Hinsdale, Illinois. He was a designer of machine tools and owned his own company for many years. Survivors include his two sons, Thomas J. (Mary) of Berwyn, Illinois and Robert J. Jr. ( of Brookfield, Wisconsin; one daughter, Rosemary Henderson; four grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and his companion, Shirley Dixon of Gulfport. David C. Gross Funeral Homes and Cremation Center, Central Avenue Chapel, St. Petersburg is serving the family. A private cremation has been planned. Service Information
