MILLS, Ruth, 89 of St. Petersburg. Died Sunday, October 29, 2006 at Palms of Pasadena Hospital. She came here in 1975 from her native Albany, New York. She was an executive secretary in the television industry. She was a member of Temple Beth-El in St. Petersburg. Survivors include her son, Gary Mills, New York, NY; sister, Frances Harris, Mendham, NJ. Private cremation. There will be no memorial services David C.
