Walter G. Burnette

Walter G. Burnette 84 of Tierra Verde, beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather died December 27, 2007. A native of Oak Park ILL, Walter was a retired marketing manager. He was a member of St. John Vianney Catholic Church and enjoyed handball and bowling. During World War II, he served in the Coast Guard. Survivors include his beloved wife of 60 years June; sons William (Jody) and Robert (Patricia); grandchildren Jeri, Tiffany, Kimberly, Daniel and Kathryn and five great-grandchildren, ; Grace, Andrew, Ryan, Chloe and Benjamin. Funeral Mass will be 12 noon Friday, Jan 11, 2008 at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, St. Pete Beach.
