Barbara Louise Llapitan- Elliot

Barbara Louise Llapitan, Elliott, 1956-2021 Barbara Llapitan was 64 years old at the time of her passing on 11/3/2021. Barbara was born on Dec. 22nd 1956 in Tacoma WA.. Barbara was the daughter of Nancy R. Elliott and Hal (Jack) Elliott. "Barb" Llapitan enjoyed working as a Traffic control supervisor/Flagger for the past 30 plus years before retiring in 2019. Barb enjoyed spending time with family and friends in the outdoors. She enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, and rock hounding. Barbara's last residence was in Puyallup WA. Barbara is survived by her loving husband Jeffery Llapitan of 31 years. Her surviving children are son William B. Llapitan and daughter Candace L. Capshaw. Barbara also has 5 grandchildren and 1 great grand daughter. Barb is also survived by 2 sisters Kathy Melton and Norma R. Lind. Barbara and i had 31 plus years of wonderful memories. Barb was a loving mother and a very caring person. She was very personable and always had a smile for everyone. To my Beautiful wife, you will always be in my heart, our memories will forever fill my thoughts until we are together again. Love you always ....Jeffery P Llapitan
