Raymond Albert Young

Ray loved bowling on leagues where he averaged over 200 and his highest game was 299. He also loved to go out and play golf in his free time.

Ray was an avid sports fan. His favorite pro teams were the Seattle Seahawks and the Seattle Mariners. His favorite college teams were the University of Washington and the Navy.

Ray served in the Navy for 29 years, serving in the Vietnam War and on countless aircraft carriers during his years. He retired in 1991. Ray also worked at Boeing for 45 years where he was an electrical designer in Renton, WA. He retired from Boeing in 2024.

Ray loved going on vacations and spending time with friends and family.

Ray was preceeded in death by his mom, Margaret, his dad, Robert, his sister, Sharon, and his wife, Mary.

He is survived by his daughter, Margie, his son, William, his bonus children, Gerald, Marsha, Terri, his grandchildren, Ashley, Samantha, Nicholas, Joshua, Scott, his great grand children, Braxton, Elliott, Delilah, and his many friends.
